We get it. Navigating the world of childcare can be complicated. That’s why we're here to help simplify it for you. We have outlined our top questions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Tax-Free Childcare, childcare vouchers, bank transfer, or bank card.
When are payments due?
Payments are due in advance, with the option of flexible monthly payments throughout the school year.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Parents can cancel a session and receive a credit onto their account, provided at least 7 days’ notice is given.
Do you offer refunds or swaps for missed days?
We are unable to issue refunds, credits or day swaps for any missed sessions, unless in the event of an injury. If your child is unable to attend due to injury, you must provide a doctor’s letter in order for us to process a credit note towards a future booking.

What happens if I am late to collect my child?
Our clubs close promptly at 6:00pm. Any collections after this time will incur a late fee of £1 per minute. Please note, the school site must be closed by 6:00pm, and the site supervisor will not remain on site beyond this time. Our staff also have responsibilities and arrangements outside of work, so it is important that all children are collected on time.
If we are unable to contact anyone on your child’s authorised collection list, we will follow our Uncollected Children’s Policy to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
