About Us
Orchard Childcare was established as a company in March 2013. The company is run by Lisa Quested who has almost 30 years of childcare experience, the majority of which is providing and supporting a good standard of care within a school setting. She is now the driving force behind all of the groups; leading and role modelling excellent practice. Lisa provides an essential link between the school and the out of school settings.
What We Do
We work in very close partnership with the schools to ensure the standard of care we offer to children is the best it can possibly be. We pride ourselves on our excellent partnerships with the school and with our parents. We constantly reflect on our practice and seek the views of the children, parents and staff of the school in order to enhance the service that we offer.

Carla Fisher is the Manager of Orchard Childcare at Homefields Preparatory School, Carla has been working for Orchard Childcare since 2014. She has NVQ3 in Childcare, First Aid, safeguarding and food hygiene qualifications. You will always be greeted with a warm and friendly face. Her passion has always been to work with children and loves getting to know the children and their parents.
Nicola Reader
Senior Manager
St Marys
Nicola Reader is the overall Manager of St Mary’s After School Clubs, she is also a employee of the Infants school. She has an NVQ3 in Early Years and Childcare and has been working for Orchard Childcare for over 20 years. Nicola is the Designated Safeguarding Officer and has many more qualifications including First Aid and SENCO.
Kayleigh Salmon

Highview
Kayleigh Salmon is the Manager of Orchard Childcare at High View Primary School. She has a wide variety of experience including working in a Day Nursery setting. Kayleigh has an NVQ3 in Childcare and is First Aid and Safeguarding trained. Kayleigh is easy to approach and always on hand to deal with any enquiries, she will always greet you warmly.

Louise Cullen is the Manager of Rowans, she has a number of years working in childcare and has a particular passion and understanding of early Years. Louise has completed her NVQ3 in Childcare, First Aid, Safeguarding and Child Protection qualifications.
