Fees
Orchard Childcare fees are as follows:
- Breakfast Club: £8.00
- After School Club: £15.00*
- Holiday Club: £35.00
*There is a charge of £1.00 per minute for late collection.
**Fees are charged for booked sessions whether the child attends or not
Funding
We recognises that childcare can be costly, so we encourage eligible parents or carers to claim the childcare element of the Working Tax Credit/Universal Credit.
We are also registered to accept childcare vouchers & with the Tax-Free Childcare scheme.
Booking
Orchard Childcare uses the Magic Booking system for all our bookings, making it easier for parents and guardians to book or cancel sessions, manage payments, and update your child’s details 24/7.
